Boundaries:
Licensed trades (plumbing, electrical, gas, HVAC, structural work) are performed by certified contractors only.
I document the issue and coordinate the intervention.

- Fix what is safe to handle — document what needs licensed pros
- Before/after photos and simple work summaries
- Reliable follow-up by appointment
